Looking at the sectors faring worst as of midday Friday, shares of Utilities companies are underperforming other sectors, not showing much of a gain. Within that group, AGL Resources (NYSE: GAS) and TECO Energy (NYSE: TE) are two large stocks that are lagging, showing a loss of 1.2% and 1.0%, respectively.
